The Omega Lamplighters is a youth leadership organization for young men in grades fourth through 12th grade. The program was founded by the brothers of Omicron Beta Beta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Incorporated. The program principals are: Leadership Academics, Maturity and Perseverance.
Our mission for the Omega Lamplighters is to empower secondary aged youth with academic and social skills, community connections and progressive opportunities necessary to ensure their roles as active, educated and responsible citizens.
