Hello Dunbar Families!

I go by Ms. Evelyn and I am the School Social Worker for Dunbar High School. A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Naples, Florida. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) in 2018 and my Master's Degree in Social Work from FGCU in 2021. I serve as an advisor to student groups at Florida Gulf Coast University and I am a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated. 

A school social worker's main job is to make sure students come to school regularly and help students and their families connect to resources.
