SAT – www.SAT.org the next test date is
November 7 Late Registration ends October 15
December 5 Regular registration ends October 30

• Students are assigned to guidance counselors alphabetically by last name.

• All students will be scheduled for consultative visits with their guidance counselor at least twice during the school year.

• Any student who needs to see a counselor is to complete a Guidance Request Slip and give it to the guidance secretary. Responses to these requests will be handled in a timely manner.

• Guidance counselors are available each day at lunch.

• All testing is coordinated through the Guidance department. Some standardized tests are optional and require fees.

• Students can discuss their particular testing needs with a counselor. Test dates and other pertinent information concerning the ACT and SAT are available in the Guidance Office.

• The Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) is required for graduation from high school.
